I was recently scammed by this person. His name is Philipe Mathäus. He ordered three commissions last year. He received them and approved them. Out of the blue he makes three false Paypal dispute claims in which he says that Paypal took the money from his bank without his authorization. Paypal acted in his favor and took $750 from me. Paypal, (as if I was some sort of online thief) blocked my account and fined me for some charges. You can clearly see in the conversations a complete transaction. When I confronted him, he didn't gave me a straight answer. He never even talked during the Paypal Dispute conversation . This man is a thief
